This is the public record of every change we make to a published program fact. A reference that hides its mistakes is not a reference, so ours are logged here in the open. This page is part of how we verify.

How a correction works

• Anyone can report an error. Every program page has a “See something wrong?” link that opens an email to us.
• We check the reported fact against the program’s own official source before we change anything. We do not edit the record on a claim alone.
• We fix the program page, and we record the change here: the date, the program, what it said before, what it says now, the official source, and how we caught it.
• We also correct facts we catch ourselves, through our own monitoring, and those are logged the same way. Our own errors are not treated differently from anyone else’s.

No corrections logged yet. This program record was rebuilt and verified against official sources in July 2026, and public logging starts now. When we change a published fact, whether a reader reports it, a program updates its own pages, or our own monitoring catches it, the change is recorded here with the date, the program, what it said before, what it says now, and the source.
